We have counter.heroku.com. I've also reserved a staging app name:
counter-stage.
We'll have to figure out what heroku account to eventually put these
under. For the time being, I can invite everyone as collaborators to
each app and then once we decide what heroku account to use for the
group, we can change ownership of the app. It's pretty seamless.
