美世/達信將在調查後,針對各市場(國家或地區)中不同企業的回覆進行比較和分析,同時提供所有參加調查的企業一份免費的調查分析報告之外,並將邀請參加網上即時說明會,以協助瞭解本次調查的重點發現。

根據傳統的做法,企業可以透過薪酬、職位、及品牌來建立其人才競爭優勢;但這些差異性因素已日顯不足。越來越多的員工期盼雇主了解他們的需求,並提供他們真正重視且需要的福利。許多企業正密切關注如何透過提供更多福利選擇以強化其人才競爭差異性,達到吸引人才與留才的目的。

美世/達信將進行第二次「亞洲區整體健康和彈性福利調查」,誠邀 閣下共同參與。2011年的「亞洲區整體健康和彈性福利調查」 共收到899份有效問卷,藉以了解雇主如何運用健康和彈性福利,增加其福利計畫的持續性與競爭性。

本次調查將在亞洲地區12個市場(國家或地區)同步進行,調查對象相當廣泛,包含目前僅提供傳統福利計畫的企業、以及已實施整合的醫療和健康福利策略,或是已提供彈性福利計畫的企業。美世/達信將在調查後,針對各市場(國家或地區)中不同企業的回覆進行比較和分析。

美世/達信除將分享給所有參加調查的企業一份免費的調查分析報告外,並將邀請參加網上即時說明會,以協助瞭解本次調查的重點發現。

We invite you to participate in the Asia Total Health and Choice in Benefits 2013 Survey

Traditionally employers have differentiated themselves through salary, job title and the perceived prestige of their brand, but these differentiators are no longer enough. Increasingly employees expect employers to understand their needs and to provide benefits they truly value and appreciate. Many organizations are looking closely at how they can more strongly differentiate themselves as an employer, to better attract, engage and retain their employees through offering greater choice in their benefits programs.

Mercer Marsh Benefits is launching our second Asia Total Health and Choice in Benefits Survey and we invite you to participate and share your views. Our biannual survey drew 899 responses in 2011 around how employers are using health and choice to increase the sustainability and competitiveness of their benefits programs. This survey intertwines health and choice to review the current state of employer’s health and wellness programs, what choices they offer and future plans for their programs.

Our 2013 survey will be conducted across 12 markets in Asia, providing unique comparisons on how markets are differentiating employee health and benefits (H&B) programs throughout the region. The survey is relevant for all employers, from those that offer standard H&B, to those that offer a fully integrated health and wellness strategy or comprehensive flexible benefits programs.

All participants will be provided with a complimentary summary of the results and an invitation to join a ‘live’ webcast presentation on key survey findings.

Participate NOW – This survey closes on Friday, 17 May 2013, and should only take 15-20 minutes to complete. All individual company responses will be kept confidential. (Please do not forward the partially completed survey to a colleague to complete as original answers will not be saved.)
