Traditionally employers have
differentiated themselves through salary, job title and the perceived prestige
of their brand, but these differentiators are no longer enough. Increasingly
employees expect employers to understand their needs and to provide benefits
they truly value and appreciate. Many organizations are looking closely at how
they can more strongly differentiate themselves as an employer, to better
attract, engage and retain their employees through offering greater choice in
their benefits programs.
Mercer Marsh Benefits is launching our second
Asia Total Health and Choice in Benefits Survey and we invite you to
participate and share your views. Our biannual survey drew 899 responses in 2011
around how employers are using health and choice to increase the sustainability
and competitiveness of their benefits programs. This survey intertwines health
and choice to review the current state of employer’s health and wellness
programs, what choices they offer and future plans for their programs.
Our 2013 survey will be conducted across 12 markets in Asia,
providing unique comparisons on how markets are differentiating employee health
and benefits (H&B) programs throughout the region. The survey is relevant
for all employers, from those that offer standard H&B, to those that offer a
fully integrated health and wellness strategy or comprehensive flexible benefits
programs.
All participants will be provided with a
complimentary summary of the results and an invitation to join a ‘live’ webcast
presentation on key survey findings.
Participate NOW – This survey closes on Friday, 17 May
2013, and should only take 15-20 minutes to complete. All individual company
responses will be kept confidential. (Please do not forward the partially
completed survey to a colleague to complete as original answers will not be
saved.)
Thank you in advance for your time and participation. We look
forward to sending you a complimentary report and sharing the survey findings
with you.
