Although not strictly included in the Twitter API, all users have an
RSS feed to their timeline (no friends included).
I would love for pyTwerp to provide a clean programmatic way to access
that feed.
Use case - if global preferences are set to restrict seeing @replies,
the RSS feed for a single user is a convenient and easy way to track
everything one user tweets, when you don't want to see everything for
the majority.
