After the last changes in the authentication method in Twitter, pyTwerp
stopeed working with Twitter.

I have adapted the code to the python-twitter library, so it works again
with both Twitter and Identi.ca

I am attaching a patch with the proposed changes (done against trunk
revision 57).

Please note that the patch is big, and it includes substantial changes to
the code base (for instance, removing the username and password, adding new
options for the token key and secret, etc).

Mergin this patch will also fix issue #13.
