Meet at York Station Cycle Heaven shop from 10.45-11am, 11.15am speed gun training on 20mph arterial Bishopthorpe Rd, From 12noon at Bishopthorpe Rd Winning Post pub function Room. 1.30pm York Cabinet Member for Transport Cllr Dave Merrett then 20's Plenty for Us' 5th Birthday cake...Meet campaigners fron Angelsey, East Lothian, Lewes, Wirral, Coventry, Manchester, Warrington, York.
