Hi all,
Did you see an article in the Nation last week discussing this ruling and also Yash Pal Ghai's comments in the Star?
Waa, is this law that stands? See page 10, ati Australian citizenship does not prohibit one from being a Kenyan citizen....as much as this is progressive thinking, is it really correct according to the current law?

If i was a judge i would have made the same ruling. 1st Respondent was merely trying to scuttle and frustrate the Petition. The context of the ruling matters.

Now anyone to wire to me  an authority showing that tenancies can be created by conduct of the parties and not necessarily by lease agreements in writing? Ie tenant beeing given an exclusive possession and paying rent is enough proof of tenancy between the parties.......

Kigen Robinson.
