Hi,
I feel as though I haven't been very transparent with the label lately so I wanted to take a few minutes and share some 2010/2011 end of the year thoughts. Please take a moment to read and feel free to email me any time to chat/share your opinions -- ji...@tgrex.com (cc'ed)

2010 Releases:
- Throats 12"LP (U.S. Release)
- Sabertooth Zombie - Human Performance I 7"EP
- Heavy Heavy Low Low - Hospital Bomber 7"EP
- Sabertooth Zombie - Human Performance II 7"EP

End of year thoughts: I graduated college, moved to Washington for the year and lost the help of my parents with mail order (yes, they used to run mail-order like badasses and now live in Jordan).

I spent more time working for the man than helping evolve this label into what I want it to be. This will change in 2011 as I've realized that nothing makes me more happy than putting out records and keeping this label alive.

To help free up my time for running the business side of things, I've teamed up with Hellfish to handle the Twelve Gauge store/pre-orders exclusively. This was the best decision I've made all year.

2011 will be a great year and I already have some exciting releases lined up. Most of them are still unannounced so stay tuned for some great news from Twelve Gauge.

2011
- XXXXX 7"EP
- XXX XXXXXXX 7"EP (limited)
- Sabertooth Zombie - Human Performance III 7"EP
- XXXXXXXXXXX 12"LP/CD
- The New Purple Mercy Band
- Sabertooth Zombie - Human Performance IV 7"EP

My Objectives
Short term

1) Reach 30 releases by EOY '11
-- One release per 2 months

2) More merchandise
-- New designs for active artists and get rid of old designs once and for all

3) Continue to put out quality records with proper exposure

Focus Areas
-- Marketing: more ads in magazines, zines and e-zines
-- Touring: pushing my bands to get out on the road more often (helping in any way I can)
-- Festivals! I want to try to make it out to at least 2 hardcore festivals this year. Preferably some East Coast ones since I've never been and would love to.

Thanks for reading and for your continued support. This label would be nothing without the artists who work their asses off doing their thing and the fans who purchase records, attend shows and have a genuine interest in the music.

BTW, I have a twitter account with a tiny amount of followers. I'm not very annoying on it, so feel free to follow if you care to: http://twitter.com/tgrex
And as always, http://tgrex.com (new website I made a few weeks back)

Love you,
Jihad / Twelve Gauge Records (Established 10/01/2004)
