Hi,
I ran the latest version from Subversion yesterday and ran into a
problem when running behind a firewall which uses an http proxy.
Actually it was a strange java.concurrent.* Exception, which was not
even logged to the console because of the substring OOB problem that I
mentioned before.

If you need the exact message I can try to reproduce it.

Markus

Hi Markus,

Interesting. I haven't seen that problem yet.
TweetBox uses multiple threads for receiving tweets. If such a thread
fails, exceptions might not surface. Exception handling is still very
basic.
Most of them are dumped to the console. Just recently, I added an
error message node that shows in the top right corner of the window.

But, yes, please try and see if you can reproduce it to find when the
exception is exactly shown.

Thanks!

Mark

Hi Mark,
the problem does not show up when I provide the correct -
Dhttp.proxyHost and port values.
So the best thing for now would be to somehow check for a connection
first.

Markus
