I believe I managed to make TweetBox a lot more responsive.
It looks like the new ListBox component has improved a lot. And the
good news is that it can be optimized even more if it would reuse
cells that are just shifted up or down but still remain visible.
Have a look at the development version. I think we can freeze the
0.0.16 version now and publish it as the current "stable" version.
