Important Notice: Effective October 1, 2010, states were required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to incorporate all National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) methodologies into their systems for processing Medicaid claims. The following chapters of the BMS Provider Manual will be updated on an ongoing basis to reflect this requirement. Until all chapters are updated, this notice serves to inform providers that the required NCCI methodologies supersede any language in the BMS Provider Manual chapters as it relates to coding and/or the processing of claims submitted for services provided to WV Medicaid members.

Rising sea levels, pollution, and increasing stresses on marine species and areas are major challenges confronting marine ecosystems as a result of climate change. In this chapter the author reviews the major changes in marine environments which natural scientists expect to occur because of elevated levels of greenhouse gases (GHG) in the atmosphere and considers their general implications for the presence of living organisms and supply of marine ecoservices. The chapter then focuses attention on the insights obtained from a Norwegian investigation of the economic impacts of GHG-induced changes in marine ecosystems. Thereafter GHG-induced losses of coral reefs and their potential economic impacts are discussed. Proposed policies for responding to predicted changes in marine ecosystems are examined, followed by a discussion of building resilience in the context of marine ecosystems.
The readings were taken from the Prophet Joel Chapter 2 from verses 12 up to 18, 2 Corinthians chapter 5 from verses 20 to Chapter 6 from verse 1 to 2 and Mathew chapter 6 from verses 1 to 6 then 16 to 18.
How do you format a chapter intended just for exposition? Let's say your worldbuilding is really hard to digest for most readers so you create one chapters just for that, what are the various way to write a chapter like that and how do you format it? I was thinking of writing a chapter where there are only descriptive paragraphs explaining various actors, the history and technology, but I am wondering if it can be considered to be a chapter at all and if it even makes sense to put it in the middle of the book. If it's never done like this, what are some other ways of doing it according to the writers of some popular books?
I would never read all that as a single chapter. It's fine for you to write it all down in one place, but you need to figure out how to reveal it to the readers. There are two basic techniques and it's probably best to use both, revealing some one way, and some another:
The title of this chapter is taken from the Divine attribute the Originator mentioned in the first verse. God, as Originator of the heavens and the earth, sweeps away the old order and generates a new one. The chapter begins by referring to Divine favours upon mankind and asserts the promise that truth will prevail. It then prophesies the rising of a new generation to promote the cause of truth and justice in the world. After this, it promises success to the believers, and at the end it reiterates the law that punishment is due to evil deeds. Chapters 34 to 39 form one group, belonging most probably to the middle period at Makkah.
