Update:

The BBC is broadcasting daily from a nearby studio into multiple
locations in Haiti. They're getting both voice and text msgs back from
listeners with various reports and requesets.

I'll be meeting with them on Monday and assessing how they're handling
the data. My idea is laid out in the chart here:
