一個程式二個視窗

請問一下，(MFC)如何在一隻執行檔，可以跑出二個視窗呢？
例如：當 A 條件成立時，執行 A 視窗，當 B 條件成立時跳出 B 視窗，
是程式一開始時(尚未有仍何視窗產生)，會先判斷條件成立於A或B
然後才跳出視窗喔！
