請問各位...

有人知道要怎麼樣才能讓英文字發音嗎...

像一些教學軟體都有英文字發音的功能...

如有高手知道...煩請告知...不勝感激...

howdy,
如果你是用 C++ Builder 的話,
請到 http://mail.ntust.edu.tw/~A8709036/index3.htm
(小弟的網頁)利用IE 5.0 會自動要求你下載兩個檔案,
安裝之後,若是沒問題,妳可以看見一隻會說話的鸚鵡....
微軟的Agent 其中一個.

上述步驟完成之後,再到Builder裡面加入ActiveX的元件
尋找 TSpeech 這一個ActiveX元件,就可以輕鬆使用了.
