Help! Delphi install mscomm.vbx 的問題…[joy]

請問有人安裝VB的 mscomm.vbx到Delphi 裏面嗎?
為何install 到Delphi裏，產生了下面的訊息!!!

License file for custom control not found.
You do not have an approporiate ..........

能否請問一下，有人知道少了什麼檔案嗎?
或是安裝上出了什麼問題

VBX 多半有一個 xxx.LIC 的 License File ,確保 VBX 使用者不費吹灰之力
就直接拿 VBX 來用, 您就是這東西.
