請問一種浮起按鈕?

請問在某些軟體上, 如 Netscape 4.0 或 VB 5.0
他們的工具列上的按鈕都是在滑鼠游標移至上面時
才會浮起.

請問這是怎麼做的? 有現成的 Control 可用嗎?
