有人知道是否有插斷的Event?

當 鍵盤按下 之類的情況, 8255晶片會發生Interrupt通知CPU,
若我在Dos下寫程式, 只要改寫插斷程式, 就可以很順利的抓到這些事件.

但在Win95下用VC++4.0去寫程式, 我要如何即時地去掌握到這些插斷的發生呢?
VC++4.0中有沒有提供Interrupt的Event?
