compile a c++ prog. in ms-dos prompt

Hi, I need your help.....
I know this news group is not used in this subject, but I think most
of you are expert in C++ programming.(Becase I have read this news
group for two months.) So, there is a good place to get some help.

If i have a program in C++ in a cpp or c file, how can i compile to
exe in ms-ods prompt (Given i have a Turbo C++ ver 3.00 in hd.)

Please send me some command to compile it, let the source code file is
called "abc.cpp" in c:\ and the directory of TC is c:\tc
