請問C++ Exception Handling

各位大哥大姊
是否有人對C++ExceptionHandling有研究
或者有何書籍有較深入的探討
例如 A(...) throw(B);
但是Visual C++本身並不支援類似上述的Interface Specification
這樣子一來,Exception Handling 就不是那麼好用
