This event will bring together over 250 participants from over 50 companies, ranging from kernel hackers to integration engineers to ARM SoC industry executives and more, who will gather for a week to present, discuss and develop features, infrastructure and optimizations for the Linux kernel, Android, Ubuntu and beyond to help shape the future of Linux on ARM.
The week will kick off with short high-level plenary, followed by a few introductory sessions. Mornings are filled with presentations and discussion sessions on key topics which impact the Linux on ARM ecosystem, while the afternoons focus on hacking sessions. Think of it as learn in the mornings and apply the knowledge in the afternoon.
LCE 12 Copenhagen will also host three mini-summits – ARMv8 (64-bit) on the Tuesday, Android on Wednesday and a big.LITTLE on Thursday.
Regular track sessions will follow the plenaries in the mornings Monday through Friday. and those tracks align with Linaro’s working groups and include: Android, Graphics and multimedia, Kernel, Platform (Ubuntu and generic Linux), Power, QA/Infrastructure, Tools, Training, Validation/LAVA.
This is the place to meet the engineers and managers deciding where Linux on ARM is going, and also to make the world aware of your own development projects.
