In short: Siegen has one of the best staff-student ratios in the world
(currently we have 5 beginners per year [UTF-8?]&#65533;&#65533;&#65533;&#65533;)

and we recently got awarded a so-called cluster of excellence (https://color-
meets-flavor.de/) which is the most

prestigious funding instrument in Germany (and it was also 45 Million Euros to
spend in the next seven years).
