Dear Colleagues,


On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), we are pleased to share
the Second Circular of xQCD 2026 (attached to this email). The conference
will be held at Pukyong National University (PKNU), Busan, Republic of
Korea, with the following finalized schedule:


xQCD 2026 PhD School: *12–13 July 2026*
xQCD 2026 Conference: *14–17 July 2026*


The Second Circular provides detailed information on the scientific scope,
invited speakers, PhD School lecturers and topics, registration, key dates,
and the organizational structure. Online registration via the official
Indico page has been open since *16 February 2026 (*
https://indico.ibs.re.kr/event/1158/*)*. Participants can complete
registration, abstract submission, and payment through Indico.


We kindly ask for your support in disseminating this announcement widely. In
particular, we would greatly appreciate it if you could:

- circulate the Second Circular within your institution and research
groups;
- share it with collaborators and interested students; and
- distribute the information through relevant mailing lists and
professional networks.



Here are the important dates:

- Abstract submission deadline: *14 May 2026 (Thu)*
- Registration deadline: *28 May 2026 (Thu)*
- Registration fee payment deadline: *12 June 2026 (Fri)*
