Is there any progress with your adapter?
The reason I ask is that I have been having some strange errors recently
during printing; I was pushed into reloading Marlin, but there were some
unexpected differences in the Config file which required several reloads
and now it has failed altogether.
My spare processor is loaded with an earlier version of Marlin (which
ironically has SD card handling, which is one thing I'm hoping for from
the adapter); the OMC is now working again, so the problem was with the
Atmaega644p, but this is going backward.
If the adapter is not going to be available I will be forced to look at
other options, as I would really like to get standalone operation with
SD card handling.
