Is there any possible way for tvrename to only show episodes you own instead of it showing every episode that is available on tmdb, tvdb or tvmaze? Since be nice so you dont have to search through every season to find the episode and then unhide episodes if you want to show missing episodes?

If I'm understanding you correctly, that would be more likely a function of your media server (Kodi, Plex, Emby, etc.).

Theoretically if your library is indexed correctly, unchecking the Missing Check under the Scan Options should help display episodes you have rather than showing every episode available from external sources. You may also need to adjust other settings like unchecking Automatically Create Missing Folders to ensure that it doesn’t pull in additional episode data. That being said, I'm leaning more to Tom's position on having TVR just go ahead and pull everything and allow your frontend to display what you prefer to see.
