Scan Results

Why do some show scan results keep coming back after every scan performed even after they've been already updated?  For example, after I run a scan, all of the same nfo files for a show are displayed again in the results even though they are the most current in the show folder.  I've tried deleting the nfo files in the show folder and have TVR replace them again with the latest versions.  On the next scan, the nfo files are displayed in the results again.

They should only update if the show has recieved an update to the metadat in the interveneing  period.

The nfo files are all up-to-date. Scan results also show that they are all updated by the fact they disappear from the results list after running another scan. However, they all return again after running a subsequent scan. They disappear again after running a subsequent scan.  They reappear again after running another subsequent scan after that.  etc., etc.
