I'm about to check if my dotnet files are up-to-date.

I've got some definite strangeness going on.  Not with TVRename but possibly with Windows.  Sometime during yesterday (Nov. 9th - I'm posting this at almost 3am on Nov. 10) I got a big update for dotnet.  SDK went to 6.0.403 and runtime to 6.0.11.  I think that might be the reason TVR crashed as it was looking for the 6.0.10 version of coreclr.dll.  Unfortunately I can't find the specific time that this update occurred.  I have to assume it was right before the above error.  Even more weird, I don't have dotnet stuff setup to auto-update.  Maybe it was part of Patch Tuesday?  But I don't have Windows set for auto-update either and the bulk of it didn't update.  While I'm typing this out on my Chromebook, I have Windows actually doing the Patch Tuesday update now.
So, Sparky, I wouldn't worry about the crash.  I think it was caused by this unscheduled dotnet update.  If it happens again, then we can start worrying.

I see that 4.8.3 is now out.  I'm going to install it and see where we go from there.  Hopefully I won't have reason to add anymore to this message thread other than to say that 4.8.3 is working perfectly and no further crashes.  Well, here we go... fingers crossed.

Well, it's been 5 days without a crash with 4.8.3 so I'll tentatively declare the crash problem fixed.  Obviously I'll let you know if anything changes.
