Renaming -thumb.jpg files?

Hi!

Previously when renaming episodes that did not have a name on thetvdb yet (Series name S01E01 - TBA.mkv)  The thumbnails did not get renamed, causing the server software (emby) to generate new thumbnails, and thus leaving the TBA one in the media folder, cluttering up the library.

My question: Does the new version of TVrename support the .thumb.jpg extension when renaming already generated files?  The previous version would not let med add -thumb.jpg as an extension, and using .jpg won't work, as the -thumb part would cause TVrename to not recognize that it had the same base name as the media file.

The new version supports -thumb.jpg files. let us know of any issues you see
