Did you install just 1 of the runtimes? I'm not totally sure of which runtimes TVRename needs but it doesn't sound like the one you did was the right one or enough if it needs all three (or two of them).

Installing the SDK with
winget install Microsoft.DotNet.SDK.6 Fixed it for me as well. The error message leads you to a download that does NOT install enough. Thanks, everyone.

I am certainly not an expert in .NET and so I don't know if it makes a difference but I now see that Sparky recommends using .NET SDK 7 for use with TVR. Please refer to this resolved issue conversation from last week - https://github.com/TV-Rename/tvrename/issues/950
