We're going to need more information.  What OS version are you running?  Are you having a problem with any other program?  Any problems with the Internet? Etcetera.

In the meantime, do a "clean install".  To possibly make things easier for yourself later, first, make a backup of C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\TVRename\TVRename\2.1. Then use a "professional" uninstall program to completely remove the existing version of TVRename.  Make sure the uninstaller removes Registry entries for TVRename as well as the program.  Do not use the built-in Windows uninstaller (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features) as it tends to leave stuff behind. A good source for currently available free uninstallers is at https://www.lifewire.com/free-uninst...ograms-2625188 or simply Google "Uninstallers" for additional free and pay programs. Some commonly used uninstallers are Revo, Ashampoo, and Total Uninstaller. Right now, I prefer the Ashampoo - https://www.ashampoo.com/en-us/uninstaller-free. After the old TVRename has been removed totally, reboot your computer and try installing a freshly downloaded version of TVRename.  Try setting up a show or two.  If you can get beyond the startup, you have two choices - Add the rest of your shows yourself or copy your previously made backup of C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\TVRename\TVRename\2.1 back to where it was.  The trouble with the later choice is that if the prior data found in the backup was corrupt, you are back to square one, and you have to do it all over again.  Let me know how the clean install works out for you.

I've done what you said and It didn't work. To answer your questions I'm on windows 11, I'm not having this problem with any other program, and as far as I know my Internet is fine.

Make sure you have all the necessary dependency software versions installed like cefbrowser and vc++.  Check that you’re on the latest version of your video driver. Have you installed Chrome browser on this machine? You should use default configuration files before copying over yours until TVR is running properly.

I agree with Steven.  Dependency is the next thing to check for.  Go up to Help and click Browser Test.  What did you get?

If nothing obvious comes out of that, the next step would be to shut down TVRename.  Delete C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\TVRename\log\cef-debug.log and C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\TVRename\log\TVRename.log.  Startup TVRename again.  Attach the new cef-debug.log and TVRename.log here.  Hopefully there'll be something in the logs to help us out.
