TV Series Not Updating From TheTVDB

I added two new seasons of episodes for a TV show on TheTVDB and they aren't showing up in TVRename.  I am using 3.3.1.  The log seems to indicate that TheTVDB is saying there aren't more episodes available but when I query the API directly I can see them.  What's wrong?

Closed and reopened TVRename and did a full scan and there it all is, just as it should be.  So crazy...
