collection is missing - scan returns nothing

Hi folks,

I've been using TV rename for a few years and it was working fine.  I haven't used it in a while, and when I launched it today, all the previously scanned items were gone.  I tried scanning both the existing collection (via bulk add) and the new series I had (via scan), but I'm not getting results either way.

After bulk add, the log files finds the previously created folders, but does not find any episodes within. 

After scan, the log files say "No shows/movies provided to scan".
I have set/reset my library and search folder.
I have reinstalled the app.

I appreciate any tips!

One thing I am finding is that tv rename does not seem to play well with nordvpn.

For your first message - Do a Tools/Force Refresh All       Alternative - Beta/TVDB Accuracy Check (log) and Beta/TMDB Accuracy Check (log)
Be patient.  It may take some time. Ideally, TVRename should have its episodes and movies updated every day.  If you let it go for any length of time, you will always have this problem. I just hope you didn't do any harm when you did a Bulk Add when everything had been set up already.
