Question :Images for Seasons and Specials without folders

Is there a way when i scan in a new tvshow that it will add images for all season posters and banners without it asking to create folders every time. ALso i dont want to add sesason or specials folders for episodes that i have not collected or added yet  into the libraryy so am not sure if this is possible. I want ot be able to do both add images for all seasons for posters and banners wihout folders
