Alpha 23 - Not able to save

Having a strange issue that I am not able to find too much information on the why.  Not seeing anything in logs.

I restore files and went back to 3.3.1.  Everything working fine.  Then I upgraded to alpha 23, everything opened up ok, but as soon as I click save I get the error.   It corrupts the config, then when I close app and launch it wants me to pick from the backup files.   another odd problem.  I select default in all three, app opens up and then crashes.

I’ll get it fixed, but try making sure that the tvdb and tmdb regions and languages are set
