Likely stale or incorrect in your local cache. If TheTVDB changed or removed them, TVRename can’t resolve them.
TheTVDB occasionally has propagation delays between their internal DB and API v4 endpoints.

If the episodes aren’t critical, you can try ignoring for a few days and once TheTVDB API syncs, the errors will disappear.
