I am receiving the follow error in logs from TVDB. Anyone else receiving the issue? Not sure how to resolve the error. Connectivity looks ok. I check the API and it resolves ok

2021-08-21 08:54:29|WARN| Exception caught on attempt 1 of 3 to get https://api4.thetvdb.com/v4/updates?since=1626663295 - will retry after delay 00:00:02: The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.

This is an upstream issue with TVDB and has been referred to them. (The v4 API is still under development) : https://github.com/thetvdb/v4-api/issues/40
