TV Rename vs. TheTVDB Website

How do I get TV Rename's episode list to match the episode list on the TheTVDB website for the show Cops?  Force refreshing the show and running the TVDB Accuracy Check doesn't fix the issue.  Season 35 has aired 8 episodes but TV Rename stopped shy at 7 episodes.  It's also missing thumbnails for episodes 4, 5, and 7 which reach far back as last month.  TheTVDB shows all of this information correctly.  Is there a way to compare TV Rename against the TheTVDB website?  Wondering what else is missing with other shows?

Episode 8 of Season 35 was only entered yesterday (May 27th).  Note the Created in the screenshot.  It sometimes takes a day or two for it to appear in the API.

The last API change/addition that TV Rename has seen was for Episode S28E07 at 7:27 AM according to the (beta) TVDB Update Checker.

Nothing for S35E08 yet.

Oh, I see what you mean.  Makes sense.  How does this apply to all the missing episode thumbnails from months ago that are on TheTVDB website but not in TVR?

Actually there appears to be more to it than just the normal delay that I wrote about and it is probably the reason for the missing thumbnails and the French problem in the other recent forum message from David Belicard.  According to what Mark, the developer of TV Rename found out, there is a recent problem at TVDB with the information not being moved to the API in a timely manner or completely.  You can read about it in the Issues section of TV Rename's Github at https://github.com/TV-Rename/tvrename/issues.  It is Issue #961 which will link with TVDB's Github Issues section.

That makes even more sense.  So, you can never really guarantee that you have all of the information for any show listed on the TheTVDB website.

Well, not at this particular moment, no.  TVDB has recognized it as a bug and they have just, 2 hours ago, ticketed it.  So, we sit back and wait for them to fix it.  Not TV Rename's fault.  In fact, Mark, was credited as one that brought the bug to TVDB's attention.
