I gave up after one episode. My wife is still binge-watching it. Not one likable character. When the murder victim was revealed, I wasn’t sad her character died; I was sad there weren’t more dead residents of Easttown. --

I felt similarly after the first episode, but hung in there and felt it got a lot better.
