I had considered the monopoly-alleging suit by Newsmax against Fox News, except that Judge Cannon (remember her?) dismissed it without prejudice shortly after it was filed. Curiously, Newsmax's logo design has similarities to that of the post-breakup CNBC, where one of the reports of the dismissal was:
