That's when Discovery shareholders vote (virtually, natch) to approve the WarnerMedia deal, forming Warner Bros Discovery. The Feds have cleared the transaction.


Fun fact: Steve Newhouse, grandson of Si, whose kinfolk's newspaper/online holdings include the Express-Times/LehighValleyLive, is a Discovery board member, one of six proposed to make up the WBD board... his company once co-owned Time Warner Cable, now part of Charter/Spectrum.

It's done. They approve. Now comes whatever divestitures they agreed to make.
