I don't catch TDS as often as I used to back when Jon Stewart was anchoring, but I've liked what I've seen of Noah's "Social Distancing" episodes. The pandemic (and the hiatus) may be what he needed to finally get out form under JStew's shadow and make the show his own.

I. on the other hand, am finding it darn near unwatchable, given the weakness and underuse of the correspondent pool (Wood and Chang excepted) and Noah's insistence on doing crappy dialects and worse character work. Jordan Klepper is really the only consistently enjoyable element, but he's on only every four weeks or so.
