Deadline: Hayes said “They have morphed into something akin to Trump rallies without the crowds,” and Lemon likened them to "The Apprentice," noting he “wants his base to think the media’s being mean to him and they’re attacking him.”

Then why don't they go to Griffin and Zucker directly and tell them to stop instead of saying it on-air?

What irritates me about the press conferences is that any reporter asks Trump any questions. The nation’s top doctors are there... so far they haven’t lied. Why bother even acknowledging Trump is in the room? Let him sit in a corner and pout.

Because Griffin and Zucker don't give a crap about anything that resembles actual journalistic integrity because why do that when people will watch anyway?
