The unrealistic expectation is that the people who are actually responsible for the wealth generated by a corporation would enjoy a fair share of that wealth. Instead, and increasingly, disproportionate percentages of that wealth must now be redistributed to elite corporate officers and mega wealthy stock holders.

This isn't unique to entertainment media.  But it increasingly seems to me that in some sectors, something is going to have to break before issues of equitable compensation are addressed.

I do note that we appear to have Iger around a bit longer than initially expected (but I guess not that surprising).
