Die Maus will acquire a 70% majority of fuboTV Inc., which will continue to be traded on the NYSE... the services will for the time being continue to be marketed separately... the "OG" Hulu is not part of the deal, and the lawsuit against Fox/ESPN/WBD over the Venu sports-streamer will end, with fubo benefitting financially as a result...

And interestingly, Venu is now not going to happen even though this partially removed legal issues surrounding the service's proposed launch.


Question from the other side of the Atlantic: since Fox doesn't have a streaming service aside from Tubi, how do cord-cutters/cord-nevers stream the Super Bowl? Assuming they don't have YouTube TV or even antennas for over-the-air, what do they do?

The Fox Sports app, which is attached to their cable subscription, or foxsports.com (but that also may be limited to cable subscribers).
