Thank the current administration for this... $6.2 billion, and the former Gannett operation's board has already approved the deal... together they'll have 265 stations in 44 states and D.C. and 132 of the country's 210 DMAs... pending shareholder and govt approval, natch...

But seriously, their station websites are meh, and the one time I got to watch NewsNation (in a hospital, where it was on a channel between 2 and 13) I yawned...
