I am not sure that "over/under" is the right formulation for this kind of bet, but the odds of Gabe outliving Jegyes were never too bad; Kaplan is only 6 years older, and always seemed constitutionally stronger.

Thanks to one of the articles linked here, I was able to watch (on
youtube) a 10 minute clip from Welcome Back, Kotter. I'm sure my kids
would not think it was funny, but it still made me smile.
