Married for many years (till 1997) to Steven Bochco, who cast her in a bunch of shows he co-created... nominated for five Emmys as Fay, Furillo's ex-wife, in "Hill Street Blues"... you can connect her to the Star Trek universe through a bit part in a second-season "DS9" episode basically built around Chris Sarandon... Saturday in L.A.; 83.

She was terrific as the prosecutor in Bochco’s Murder One. She was so whiny in Hill Street it was easy to dismiss her, but that was the role she was asked to play. However, unlike a lot of people married to producers, she was capable of decent acting.
