When my dad discovered "The Dukes of Hazzard," he immediately took to "crazy Cooter"... was already well-traveled in film (Smokey and the Bandit), TV and advertising before "Dukes", went on to a brief career in the US House (his first opponent was indicted for perjury, his last opponent was Newt Gingrich), ran several Dukes-themed museum/stores in the South after... this morning (Aug 9th); 84.
