After having one in each round since 2015, PWK* tell The Athletic.  Like the "Flix, whom now shows the MLB competition, needs one:

The problem is that the contestants were gassed by the time the finals came around. Three rounds of industrial-strength swinging will do that to a hitter.

What I'm looking forward to finding out is whether Netflix (and, indirectly, MLB) learned anything from the opening night fiasco. Admittedly, the Home Run Derby is a different beast than a traditional game, but the format still requires commentary and statistical analysis, and given how heavy-handed Netflix went on the promos the first time, I'll look forward to the reports.*

* (I fall back to Mark McGwire's quote from "Brother's Little Helper": "Do you want to know the terrifying truth? Or do you want to see me sock a few dingers!?" I'll take the truth, thanks.)
