After the mixed adaptations of Dune, I think Neuromancer movie would be a disaster:

Either too Disney or too dark; they just don't get the tone right.

Fingers crossed that it has a better run than The Peripheral got at Amazon.   Apple TV+ really has a niche in generally really good SF.
