Dutton Ranch has been my favorite of the Yellowstone spinoffs, and in the interview Harris conceded that when he watches the series, he sees the importance of his role, but he didn't feel it at the time of production. 

Personally, I don't think he has much experience in television working as part of an ensemble. His character's name isn't Dutton, so I'm unsure why he thought he'd be the lead in the series. 

I'm hoping Dutton Ranch gets a second season (which has been promoted but not made official, at least not that I've seen). Hoping Marshalls doesn't get a second season. Annoyed 1923 isn't getting an additional season. Wondering where the series about Jimmy and the 6666 Ranch is.
