I only know of this guy only from watching Jen Psaki regularly kick his ass during her Press Briefings. When his little planned attempts to burn Psaki or Biden blow up in his face, are they shown on Fox News somehow as triumphs, or do they just not air him at all except for the few occasions he just asks a regular question?--

Doofus is a hero to Fox News viewers. They believe he's the only reporter who successfully asks tough, smart, gotcha questions.

On the other hand, I always refer to him as Peter Doofus.

From what little I've seen, he'll do the typical kind of reporter piece from just outside the White House describing whatever narrative is being churned that day.

Worth noting, just to spread the disdain around, that he is the son of the male blonde on the Fox and Friends. So a legacy hire who has all the gravitas of a morning show host past his prime.

That’s amazing, but I guess not surprising.

But, do they just lie and report that he owned Psaki, or do they actually show his question and her response, and trust that viewers are so brainwashed they will perceive it that way?

As someone with conservatives in my life, I can tell you the videos get spun exactly as ridiculously as you can imagine.

What you or I see (or anyone with common sense sees) as an idiot asking a stupid question, FoxNews viewers see as a celebrated journalist asking the questions no one else dares to ask. When we see the press secretary clearly showing patience and restraint in not leaping from the podium to bitch-slap him, FoxNews viewers see a press secretary flustered and refusing to answer.

It’s politics.
